His closing figures off that tempo were outstanding and clearly should have won. Unbeaten 2nd up and gets great map here off this tempo late. Keen he wins.

Rises 1.5kg and stays at 1400m off last start 3YO Listed Randwick when missed start sat back 10L off on an even tempo, held up before turn and then had huge L600m figure for 3’d beaten 1.3L.
Genuine talent and map suits with a positive ride early and keen he wins from there.
R8 n9 TAKEN T – Maps 4h in 1/1. 7h up off 21 days and stays at 1600m. Last start Listed Caulfield drew utside sat back 5L off on a brutal tempo and had a race dominant L200m figure whe nd narrowly beaten by Al Duca who was on speed. Racing very well off some ba barriers/maps last few runs and gets ideal map today and much better suited back onto dryer ground. Deeper into prep but gets perfect set up here.
