Last start BM85 Doomben sat back near last 7L off leader on a very fast tempo and charged home late for 2d beaten 1.3L by Tuff Tu Mus (smart). Race rated highly and he closed off with a really strong L600m figure off that tempo. 6th fastest L200m of meeting. Loses C Williams today but 1600m will suit him late and he is ready to win.
R6 n4 MISTER BIANCO Forward inside and suited on map. 5th up off 17 days drops 3.5kg and out to 1350m (+150m). Surprisingly trialled at Gold Coast on Tuesday over 1000m winning very impressively. Last start BM70 Doomben S5 sat 2nd outside on an even tempo and won impressively by 1.6L. He had an outstanding L600m figure winning there off that tempo. Up sharply in class today at set weights but has a great map and will be launching late on Stay Focused in the straight.
R8 n2 WARNIE Forward inside behind the lead group. 3rd up off 14 days rises 1.5kg and well suited out to 1350m (+150m). Last start Group 2 EFarm S5 track drew outside sat back last on an even tempo -it was very much an on-speed race, and he had zero chance of winning from back there. Charged home late for 3rd beaten 1.1L by Front Page in a strong rating race. His closing figures were enormous with 8th fastest L200m of meeting which was part of a meeting dominant L600 sprint home. Now gelded and looks better than these today.
R9 n16 GERRINGONG Positive early on map from wide draw. 3rd up off 14 days drops 1kg and stays at 1200m. Last start Listed 3YO EFarm when 2nd up out to 1200m S5 track. Drew outside blundered at start sat back 9L off leader on a slow tempo and had no hope of winning from there. Charged late for 2nd beaten 0.6L by Cosmic Fire with a high quality L600m figure. Good filly ready to win who will need a great ride early but looks better than these today.

Last start 3YO Flemington S6 track sat off MF 7L off leader on a crazy tempo and just kept running home strongly in straight to nail the runner up on the line. Race rated very highly and her L200m figure off that tempo at 2000m was huge. Very promising staying filly has to carry 58kg v the males today but map suits for her to launch late again and win.
R3 n5 CLEO CAT Forward inside on map. 4th up off 21 days and stays at 1100m. Last start Listed Caulfield drew outside sat back MF and outside 5L off leader on a fast tempo and followed Niance running 2nd to her beaten 0.8L. No shame running 2nd to that mare-she is high class. Race rated extremely highly and L400m figure was excellent. Quality mare proven at 1100m having first run down the Flemington straight off an inside map. C Williams a key riding change.
R5 n10 RED GALAXY Positive early on map to be on speed. 3rd up off 28 days rises 4kg and stays at 1400m. Last start when 2nd up out to 1400m started poorly and lost ground sat back off MF and inside 8L off leader on an extremely fast tempo. He ran home strongly late for 2nd from there beaten 1.8L By Magnaspin. Race rated through the roof off that tempo. He was very good there off a bad start. Lightly raced 4YO has some quality about him and staying at 1400m off 28 days looks ideal. C Williams getting back on him is a plus and he will be forward on an average tempo.
R7 n6 SPLASH BACK Back off MF on map. 2nd up off 21 days drops 3kg and well suited out to 1420m (+220m). Last start resumed FM BM78 Caulfield off longer 207-day spell sat back 6th and wider 4Loff leader on a very slow tempo. She let rip in the straight from there winning impressively by 2.2L. Her L600m figure there was outstanding. Proven out to 1400m on dry tracks. Classy mare in great stable out to BM90 class today.
R8 n3 JIMMY THE BEAR MF and inside on map. 4th up off 14 days drops 1.5kg and stays at 1600m. Last start Open Flemington S6 track was 3rd up out to 1600m and on a 7 day back up. Sat back 3rd last 9L on a crazy fast tempo which was too far back and ran home strongly late for 2nd beaten 3.2L by Oh Too Good who was 6L closer to leader. Race shape was against him there off a poorly judged ride by young apprentice. Proven at Flemington and looks winner.

Sat back 4th early on an even-fast tempo and charged home late after being held up at the 200m to win impressively by 0.8L. Race rated ok but there was real quality in his L200m figure with 5th fastest of the meeting. Good horse maps well again today and keen he wins.
R10 n19 KERGUELEN Positive early on map from draw. 2nd up off 21 days drops 3.5kg stays at 1200m. Last start resumed off 197 days BM78 Rosehill H8 track sat 3rd early in perfect spot on a slow tempo (suited) and was too strong late winning by 0.4L when well backed. Race rated only fairly but he was very strong late off that tempo with 4th fastest L200m of meeting. 1200m 2nd up with 54kg suits and looks better than these horses.

He went back 8L off leaders on an even tempo with both 1st & 2nd up on speed over 1600m. He charged home late was beaten 1.5L with a race dominant L400m figure after being held up on turn. Out to 2000m today on the back up is perfect, confident he wins.
