He has won at 1600m but it is his upper limit distance wise but does get a great map/tempo up front today for J Collett and a favourable racing surface.

Last start resumed off longer 434-day spell QTIS 3YO EFarm S5 track. Sat back 7th early 5L off leader/winner on an even tempo and charged home for 2nd to Yoyo Yeezy beaten 0.6L. Big gap back to 3rd horse there and race rated highly. Her closing figures there were outstanding. Really talented filly and better than these.
R10 n9 CHIEF WITNESS Forward inside on map. 7″ up off 21 days drops 4kg and suited back to EFarm 1400m (+200m). Last start off 28 days BM78 Doomben drew outside went back 6L off leader/winner on a slow tempo and was wide there with cover. That race was a 400m sprint home and he was huge there late when 3rd to Ready To Schipp beaten 2.6L. That race shape/tempo was right against him and is a lot better suited today. Last start off 28 days BM88 Randwick drew wider but got to the 1/1 position 3L off leader/winner on a fast tempo. That race was run fast from start to finish so his effort there was strong off a 28-day break going at that pace. Stuck to his task bravely in straight when 2nd beaten 1.4L. Back to 1600m today is interesting from leading stable but he has high quality closing speed off slow tempos like this and Z Lloyd a key here.

Last start on debut Maiden WFarm crossed quickly to lead easily even tempo and just kept running winning easily by 3.5L. Race rated highly and L600m figure off that tempo was excellent. Genuine talent suited out to 1100m today with the light weight.

Last start 2nd up BM78 Randwick was slow away sat back 8L off leader and they went very slow midrace making it impossible for run on horses to feature. Was also cluttered away in straight and never clear until late beaten 3.3L by Theblade – he should have finished much closer. L200m figure there was strong and very well suited out to 1600m off this map.

Back in class today and gets the claim for the inform apprentice, he is very hard to beat today off his best form.
R5 n2 HARRYS YACHT Forward early behind the leaders. 3° up off 21 days and stays at 1200m. Had 800m jump out Flemington Dec 19. Last start 3/4YO Open Ballarat S6 track sat 4th inside behind leader on an even tempo and was held up most of straight and only clear late when 2nd to Steel Move beaten 0.8L. Margin there was unfair, he closed off strongly late and should have won. He was off 40 days there and sets up much better today away from the inside.Very well weighted under these weight conditions.
R6 n3 MILLENIUM BLADE Forward inside behind speed. 2n° up off 16 days and looks suited out to 1400m (+200m). Resumed gelded last start off 173 days 3YO Maiden Kyneton drew outside sat MF early 4L off leader on a fast tempo and got wider on turn charging late to win by 0.4L. The speed slowed there mid race and it was a fast L400m sprint home – his figures there were best of meeting. Gets Craig Willaims today off a good map and keen he wins again.
R9 n5 RECON Forward inside behind lead group. 5th up off 14 days rises 3kg and stays at 1200m. Last start BM84 Pakenham drew inside in big field sat back 2L off leader on a fast tempo and ran home powerfully to win by 1.2L. Race rated very highly and his L600m figure off that tempo was huge. Emerging 4YO still well paced in BM84 class off a good map. Very keen he wins again.
