R5 n12 SILVER WEDDING MF on map outside and suited from there late. 4th up off 21 days drops 3kg and looks suited out to 1400m (+50m). Last start Class 1 Doomben out to 1350m with tongue tie on again sat back 6th inside 4L off leader on a very slow tempo. Not clear until the 300m and exploded late to win by 0.5L-she had plenty on them in that class. Very well suited today this map/tempo and A Jones a great riding change. Keen she wins again.

R7 n1 GRAFTERBURNERS Forward inside on speed. 3rd up off 14 days and stays at 1200m. Last start 3YO Doomben crossed to sit 2nd on an even tempo and was under pressure early in straight and never really looked like winning until right on the line. Race rated well and he closed off with 7th fastest L200m of meeting, so the win did have merit despite being so close. Races well EFarm maps lot better today from draw and proven on firm tracks. Keen he wins again.

R8 n6 ACCREDITED Forward early inside on speed. 4* up off 21 days and well suited back to 1300m (-200m). Last start when 3rd up out to 1500m drew wider crossed quickly to sit 2nd behind leader/winner on a slow tempo. He had his chance there late running 4th to Yorkshire beaten 1.4L. Race rated strongly and closing figures were similar to the winner in a race of little change. Back to 13000m today is ideal off this map/tempo and the firm track is in his favour.

Randwick Meeting Selections

R4 n3 PLAINTIFF Positive early on map and should end up 4* in 1/1. 3° race start off 13 days rises 2.5kg out to 1300m (+100m). Last start 3YO B72 drew outside in small field crossed quickly to sit 2nd on an even tempo and went on to win very tough late over Nitro. Her L600m figure was excellent off that tempo closing off with 8th fastest L200m of the meeting. Well-bred 3yo filly in top stable and after scratchings her map looks a whole lot better. Best horse here.

R7 n10 KINGS SECRET Maps 3P back inside. 2nd up off 21 days drops 6.5kg and stays at 1100m. Last start resumed off 140 days BM78 Rosehill drew outside went back to last 5L off leader/winner on an even tempo. Was wide no cover from 700m trying to get into the race when 3rd beaten 2L by Lyles after having no favours in the run. Sets up much better today and is a really progressive 4YO from a great stable. Keen he wins.

R9 n11 ALABAMA FOX Maps 4*h in 1/1. Off 59 days today and ran 2nd recent 799m trial WFarm Dec 8. She ran home strongly there late under a good hold. Last start 3/4YO BM68 WFarm sat 2nd early on a very fast tempo out to 1400m when 2nd to Frosty Girl (smart) who had her back in the run in a high rating race with a gap back to 3r°. Map suits and she is best horse this race with very strong late closing speed, looks the winner.

R8 n1 STAY FOCUSED Forward on speed. 3’d up on 7 day back up drops 1.5kg and stays at 1200m. Last start 2nd up when he needed the run fitness wise led on a fast tempo and held on well late for 4’h beaten 3.3L. Race rated very highly and he was used up early there and only tired late. Lot fitter today on the back up and gets map favours up on the speed. He is well proven winning off fast tempos out to 1500m and finds the right race here.

R9 n1 BEAST MODE Leads and controls on speed. Off 35 days here and led/won 850m trial Caulfield Heath track by 0.8L. Didn’t have the blinkers on there and now back to his preferred 1000m trip off a great draw with his blinkers back on. His last two wins with then on over 955m-1000m have been excellent. Sustained pace up front and breaks their hearts late. Looks so well suited to repeat that back to BM90 off the freshen up. Keen he wins.

R2 n4 BLUISH HUE Resumed with a strong effort when 4*h after a wide trip at this track over 1000m and followed it up with another nice run when a closing 2nd behind the handy Viale. Maps perfectly from the soft draw and the step up to 1200m is ideal, very hard to beat.

She closed off strongly L200m and was a total forgive run-forget it ever went around. Run prior figures were best of race beaten 1.6L by Mississippi Dawn. Keen she wins target race here today.

R7 n10 OUR PALADIN AL 2nd up off 14 days drops 5kg and stays at 1400m. Last start resumed off 147 days 1400m Ascot 1MW drew wider sat back off MF 6L off leader on a slow tempo. He ran on very well late for 3rd beaten 0.9L by Redback Flyer. There was no public trial prior, and he closed off with 9th fastest L200m of the meeting. Gets blinkers back on today on limit weight and has very good closing speed late in his races. Keen he runs over these late.

R8 n1 ENUFF SEDUCTION Last start 2nd up BM64 Morphettville drew wider sat back last 9L off leader on a very fast tempo. Came widest on turn and charged late to win impressively by 2L. His L600m figure there was totally dominant for the race. Impressive win and has huge late closing speed in his races. Gets back again today off an inside draw but this big roomy track will suit him ideally late.

Resumed off 119 days Group 3 Kembla G H& track drew outside crossed to sit 2nd on an even tempo running 2nd to Catch The Glory on a very wet and affected track. Race rated well and her L600m figure off that tempo was outstanding closing off with 2nd fastest L200m of meeting. She couldn’t have done much more there. Proven 2’d up sets up ideally off this map today with 53kg and overnight rain a real plus for her.

R8 n1 BOOMTOWN BOSS Map suits MF and outside. 3RD up off 14 days rises 5.5kg and suited out to 1400m (+50m). Last start Listed Doomben S6 track when out to 1350m sat back 6th inside 5L off leader on a slow tempo and was then off heels at 600m and never clear until 150m. He charged late for 2nd narrowly beaten and should have won. L600m figure was excellent and lot better suited back to EFarm with R Maloney back on. Keen he wins.

R1 n4 HYPERBOLIC Maps 4th in 1/1. 3rd up off 14 days rises 1kg out to 1600m (+200m). Last start FM BM78 Rosehill went forward and sat 3rd inside on a very slow tempo in perfect spot. Was too strong late off that winning by 1.6L off a perfect run/ride. She ran home powerfully L400m and won with more to give. Fitter today 3’d up out to 1600m today off an ideal map/track surface.

R6 n9 ROTAGILLA Maps back near last. 5th up off 14 days drops 2.5kg and stays at 1800m. Last start BM78 Rosehill sat 5* outside early 5L off leader on a very fast tempo-they went very hard in front there early which he really appreciated late. He was very strong late winning by 0.8L in a high rating race and his L200m figure off that tempo was excellent. Well suited back to Randwick and keen he wins again.

R9 n12 WEEPING WOMAN Positive early to be on speed. 3rd up off 21 days drops 8kg and stays at 1200m. Last start FM BM78 Kembla G sat 2ND OSL on a slow tempo and was well suited there-took over in straight winning narrowly by 0.2L over Jellicious. She did have 8th fastest L200m of the meeting there which was a good effort with 61kg. Maps well today on speed this tempo with 53kg, she should pinch this race early in the straight.

Last start beaten 5.2L on unsuitable S7 track by Jimmysstar when sat last off a wide draw but had an excellent L200m figure in Group 1 class race. Run prior Group 3 Caulfield toyed with a similar class field to here winning eased down by 1.5L. Different class to these horses and sets up ideally on map for C Williams.

R9 n7 PERSIAN SPIRIT Back and wide early. 6th up off 14 days drops 1.5kg and stays at 1400m. Last start Listed Caulfield was on heels early sat back 7L off leader inside in an awkward spot on a very slow tempo. He charged late for 2^° narrowly beaten by Here To Shock and clearly should have won. Race rated highly and he had an outstanding L600m figure with 2nd fastest L200m of the meeting. Genuine talent with elite closing speed well suited back on to bigger track.

In great form and last start effort when 2nd to Forever Boy (very smart) beaten 0.6L is an outstanding form reference for this class of race today. Carries weight well and proven at 1800m and keen he leads and wins this race.

R5 n2 SMOOTH CHINO Forward inside behind leader on map. Drops 3kg and stays at 1000m of last start BM66 Ascot sat 3rd inside on leaders back on a slow tempo and destroyed them late winning by 1.5L. He had a big L600m figure there with 5th fastest L200m of meeting. This is a weak Listed class race and he has huge closing speed, looks the winner.

R9 n11 ROPE THEM IN 4*h up off 14 days and well suited out to 1400m. Last start off 28 days back to 1200m drew outside sat back 6L off leader on a slow tempo. He had no chance from back there and made his run very wide around them from the 600m. To run 4* off that set up/race shape and be only beaten 1.5L by Libertad was an outstanding effort. Run prior 2’° up with 61kg conceded a lot of weight to both Watch Me Rock and Cosmic Crusader and was stiff not to win running 2nd with huge closing figures. Sets up perfectly today and keen he wins.

Last start FM Class 3 Doomben S6 track she was off 35 days and had 60kg – drew wide-crossed quickly to sit 2nd on a slow tempo and stayed 2nd beaten 2.1L by Ready To Schipp in a race of little change. Gets a much better set up today off a great map with no weight. She is not a regular winner (3/21) but all her runs for Munce stable have been good and some recent 2nds behind Magnatear, Margots Deel and Ouroboros are excellent references for this race.

R6 n1 ICHINTOGO Forward early on map to lead. 2nd race start off 21 days drops 2kg and well suited back to 1110m (-90m). Debut run 2YO Doomben S6 track was at 1200m which is never easy to do for young horses. Led and controlled on a slow tempo and while he had his chance to win there he was brave for 2’° beaten 1.6L by Zip Lock who looks a promising 2YO. Race rated ok for that class. Dryer track and back to 1110m with that race experience looks ideal up on the speed here.

He surprisingly led and controlled there on an even tempo winning easily by 2.9L in track record time. Race rated highly closing off with 7*h fastest L200m of meeting. Huge win even allowing for a lightning fast track – proven 2’° up and very well weighted under these conditions. Keen he wins.

Resumed off 102 days BM78 Bendigo drew inside sat 4th 2L off leader on a crawl speed tempo-they walked there early. Exploded in straight when clear winning by 1.8L. Was entitled to sprint home fast there off that tempo but maps great today and well suited out to 1200m. Well placed at set weights and keen he wins. Any rain a bonus for him.

R4 n15 YES I KNOW Maps back off MF with cover and suited there this tempo. 2’° up 14 days drops 2.5kg and well suited out to 1600m +100m). Last start resumed off 134 days Class 3 Cranbourne drew wider in small field sat back off MF 6L off leader/winner on a slow tempo. Ran home strongly late for 5th beaten 2.5L by Chest Of Gold. He had a race dominant L200m figure. It is impossible to run home any better at that track. Lightly raced talented young stayer in great stable and any rain a genuine plus for him. Keen he wins.

R6 n2 ROYAL FLARE Positive early to be on speed. 2nd race start off 33 days and led/won recent 1000m jump out Caulfield H Nov 20 under zero pressure. Last start on debut here 1200m Maiden on H9 track drew outside in smaller field crossed quickly to sit on speed under a hold but he was 3 wide there no cover on a very fast tempo. He was way too strong late despite that winning by 1.8L from Cooly who won well Caulfield next start. Race rated strongly and his L400m figures off that tempo were excellent. Very talented 4YO keen he wins and any rain will only help.

R8 n9 PARTY CRASHER Positive early to be on speed. 3rd up off 32 days drops 1kg and stays at 2000m. Last start BM80 Flemington S6 track was 2nd up drew outside sat back midfield 7L off leader on an even tempo before winning narrowly. Race rated well and he will be so much fitter/better today off that 3rª up. Keen he wins off a good on speed map. Any rain is a real bonus for him.

Figures from race were only plain but she won with plenty more to give. Map suits today and logical progression for her out to 2020m on the quick back up for the very much in form stable. She is race fit now this prep and this race lacks quality. Keen she wins again and wet track is no issue.

R10 n19 BOSSED UP Back last inside on map. 5TH up off 21 days drops 3.5kg out to 1110m (110m). Last start BM78 E Farm drew inside sat back 4*h 2L off leader on a slow tempo and had a clear run home from there when 2nd to Lyles beaten 2.3L when heavily backed late. Race rated strongly off a huge L600m figure. His was best of the meeting so couldn’t have done anymore off that tempo. Has strong closing speed and 1100m today late off this tempo will suit. Wet track looks ok for him and inside draws are always an advantage at this start even for back markers.

Last start 3YO Listed Flemington S6 track drew outside sat back 2nd last on an even tempo 8L off leader- (unsuited), Came wide around them on turn and unleashed in straight winning easily by 2L. Race rated well and he had a dominant L200m figure and was most impressive. Maps well to win again, proven on wet track and will eat up the 2000m late. Looks the winner.

Fitter now 3rd up off a decent spell and proven out to 1800m- loves the wet tracks and Caulfield-and M Zahra is a bonus. Keen he wins.

Resumed off short 63 day spell Group 3 Mares Caulfield drew outside sat back off MF 7L off leader on a Slow tempo (unsuited). She got out wider on turn and launched late for 2nd beaten narrowly. Races well this track and love her wider draw now by this time of meeting. C Williams suits and keen she over powers these late out wider on the track and wins.

R10 n13 PERSIAN SPIRIT Back off MF on map. 5TH up off 25 days and won recent 1000m jump out Camperdown Nov 19. Rises 3kg and stays at 1400m off last start BM90 Flemington S5 track drew outside sat back last 10L off leader on an even tempo and got out wider in straight and unleashed late winning by 4.2L. Race rated very highly and his L600m figure here off that tempo was elite. Loves the soft and very keen he rounds these up late out wider and wins again. wins again. Impressive horse.

Last start resumed off longer 273-day spell was a complete forgive run beaten 11L had post-race issues with cardiac arrhythmia. Proven this track and distance and 2nd up off an ideal map he can bounce back quickly, good horse and better than these.

R9 n14 SHANGRI LA SPRING Map suits forward inside on leaders back or leads. 4™H up off 28 days and easily won 1200m trial Randwick Nov 21. Very forgiving of last start run beaten 7.6L by Autumn Glow in an extremely high rating Golden Eagle. He was wide the trip there on a brutal tempo. Off 28 days today and a great trial out to his preferred 2000m trip, great map and 53kg makes him a clear top pick today.

R3 n7 EXTOL Finally stepped up to the mile last start and ran an improved race for 2°° at this track. Gets a senior jockey onboard this time and maps behind a genuine speed which suits, will take plenty of holding out from there.

R3 n6 AWESOME BOY Leads and controls on map on a 7 day back up. Perfect set up back in class today. Last start was beaten narrowly by a decent horse after his rider hesitated early on him. With a positive on speed ride early, he can hold out Fast Harry late and confident he can win.

R5 n8 HOT AND HIGH Harder opposition today at 3’d race start but she is a genuine talent. Last start she sat 5th early on a fast tempo 5L off leader. She then exploded in the straight winning by 3L when smashed late in betting. Race rated dominantly and her L600m figure off that tempo was high quality. Well-bred 3yo Filly with elite closing speed.

R9 n1 OVERPASS Gets total control on speed off a slow tempo here and will be winning. Last start resumed Group 1 Randwick Everest drew outside crossed early to sit 2nd on an even tempo and had winner on his back there. He dug in deep late but tired L100m when 4th to Ka Ying Rising beaten 1.5L and the race rated best of meeting. Fitter and better today back to favourite circuit -1.5L to Ka Ying Rising has dead set panels on these.

R1 n3 MADIYYA – resumes off 175-day spell and two good trials. Quality filly with strong closing speed. Will be back near last on map but will be charging late at 1300m fresh. Really like her as a horse, she is a winner and a lot better than this class of race. Keen she runs these down late and wins.

R5 n2 BIG SEXY – 4** up and well suited back to Class 3 race here. Last start BM80 Flemington drew outside in big field went forward early to sit 3°° on an even tempo but was wide there no cover. He was really brave late for 4th beaten 1.8L by Guerite. Race rated well and his effort was excellent. He was wide run prior Bendigo beaten 1L by the same horse. Gets a lot better map today and E Brown is a great riding change. Confident he can win.

R7 n1 MYTEMPTATION – 4th up suited back to 1200m and ready to peak. C Williams a massive riding change -this horse flies for him and he will be positive early from wider draw to be on the speed. Last start Ararat he closed off late with 3rd fastest L200m of meeting behind Run Harry Run beaten 0.3L. Both runs prior was wide and had excuses. Great set up today and looks the winner.

Sunshine Coast Meeting Selections

R5 n2 BRAVE MONARCH – 4*h race start off 18 days drops 1kg and stays at 1400m. Last start 3YO Open Eagle Farm out to 1400m S5 track sat 4th outside 5L off leader on a fast tempo and had a clear run home late pushed out hard to win by 1.4L. Race rated well and he looked to have plenty up his sleeve through the line, nice horse and strong late. The big track here and fast tempo will give him his chance to put these away late and win again.

R10 n12 COSMO CENTAURUS – 3R° up off 14 days out to 1200m (+200m). Last start when 2^d up back to 1000m off 35 days which was not the best of setups. He sat back 7 outside 7L off leader on a slow tempo. He charged home from there late for 3″d to Lyles beaten 3.5L. L600m figure was electric. Unbeaten this track and so well suited out to 1200m. Very keen he wins.

Kembla Grange Meeting Selections

R5 n1 HURSTVILLE ZAGREB – 4’h up off 14 days out to 2000m (+200m). Last start drew outside went forward to be 2°d outside leader on a crazy fast tempo. He kept fighting hard late despite being barbecued up front early beaten 0.9L by Luskaire. Race rated highly but gets a lot more moderate tempo up front today. Like him getting back onto a softer track and keen he controls this race up front today and wins.

R7 n3 ZEALOUSLY – 3’d up off 35 days rises 1kg and stays at 1000m. Last start Group 2 Caulfield when 2nd up off a course record win resuming off 119-day spell. Crossed early and sat 2nd outside leader on an even tempo (4.4L faster to 600 than last run) and tried very hard late when 3rd to Rey Magnerio beaten 0.7L. He had a 6kg weight pull on the winner but the race rated very highly, and his effort was rock solid. S5 rating today is ok for him, he should lead and win.

R8 n1 GRINGOTTS – 4th up off 18 days drops 1kg and stays at 1600. Last start Listed Randwick S7 track (62kg) sat back 4L off leader inside on an even tempo and was in restricted room until the 100m and then exploded late to win easily by 1.2L. Race rated strongly and he closed off with 3rd fastest L200m of the meeting. Class above these horses – loves 1600m and soft track no issue for him.

R1 n5 TOO MANY THOUGHTS – has come back a better horse this time in. Resumed with a nice win at this track over 1200m and can only be much fitter for it, maps perfectly from the inside gate and will take plenty of beating.

R2 n1 BEAU WITNESS – is a track specialist who loves these short course races with speed on. His only bad runs come when they put him up over 1200m or further – the 1000m off 4 weeks is ideal. He has a big weight but deserves it against these, will sit off the hot speed and round them up late to score.

R6 n18 DEFYING – resumes from a spell. Was an ex-NSW horse with only average form down there but looks to have improved significantly judging by its recent trials. Shouldn’t be too far off the speed early and in what is an extremely thin race, is worth an each way play at the odds.

R7 n2 CAPTAIN PLUTO – last start when out to 1800m sat back 5L off leader on a slow tempo and simply overpowered them in the straight winning easily by 1.1L. He closed off with 8* fastest L200m of the meeting and sets him up well for the 2100m today. He will blend into this race from the 600m for W Pike and should be too good late. Keen he wins.

R9 n12 WATCH MEROCK – 3’° up off 21days and well suited out to 1600m. Last start Group 3 Ascot sat back MF 4L off leader on a very slow tempo and was too classy late winning by 0.3L. He was very strong late with a powerful L600m figure off a great map. Gets that again today and with the blinkers on this prep he will run over these late and win again. Good horse.

R10 n14 BRAVE ONE Maps 4th in 1×1. Last start resumed off 119 days and one soft trial BM78 Randwick S7 track with 61.5kg. Sat 3L off them early in 1/1 on a very slow tempo and ran home fast late when 2nd to Pokerjack who led and controlled. Run on horses had no hope that race but he closed off strongly late with 6th fastest L200m of meeting. Nice horse with majority of his form on wet tracks but is well suited with 54kg off this map/tempo. Lot fitter today and keen he wins.

R6 n1 DARTH INVADER On a tough night for specials, Darth Invader is a clear standout but unfortunately the best price on offer of $1.80 reflects that. He’s an ex-Victorian who showed speed at his first start in Qld at this track and fought on well for 2n° behind the promising Dr Farthing (has since raced well in a strong race at Ipswich). Will offset the wide gate with his early pace and be much too strong for this lot.

He was under a good hold there late and had plenty to offer if ever let go. Very good fresh horse, he was huge late resuming last prep 1200m this track off a slow tempo – his L600m figure there was freakish. Will be back on the map with the weight but is a classy horse and well suited late off this tempo.

He resumed with a tidy effort at this track when 2nd over 1200m and will have derived plenty of benefit from that. The step up to 1300m looks perfect and very well weighted after the claim, maps perfectly on speed and will be too strong for these late.

R2 n2 FIRST ENCOUNTER Back last on map. 2nd up off 14 days rises 6kg and suited out to 1600m (+200m). Last start resumed off 98 days BM78 Ascot 1400m drew outside sat back last 8L off leader on a very slow tempo. He had zero hope of winning from there but powered home late for 5th beaten 1.2L by Bruce Almighty. Well suited out to 1600m back to BM66 class and keen he rounds these up late and wins off what should be a fast early tempo.

R6 n5 KAY TEE WHY 3rd up off 14 days and stays at 1000m. Last start when 2nd up Ascot stayed at 1000m sat back 6L off leader on an even tempo. He got over heels in the straight and exploded late to win impressively again. Race rated highly and he had excellent closing figures. Exciting 4YO will be back on map again today off a fast tempo and will run them down late and win.
